The client wanted to leverage their wealth of knowledge from years of working in the hospitality and retail applications industry, both internationally and within the United Arab Emirates to help their clients directly. With a core vision to improve the point of sale experience for both their clients and the clients customers, they provide a single point of contact for all technical needs in their domain. They provide EPOS, AUTO ID, PMS, Time and Attendance, Loyalty, CRM, CCTV, office networks and even structured cabling.
PROJECT
An E-commerce website that facilitates the online sales of Point of Sale Devices directly to the end customers. The end users get to create and manage their accounts in the E-commerce portal which is equipped with all standard E-commerce website features. An integrated third-party online payment gateway also makes secure online payment possible. This makes all parts easily available to the customers without the hassle of finding individual parts suppliers to make minor upgrades or repairs in existing systems. This allows our client to better serve their clients.
RESULTS
With innovation at the heart of the client’s philosophy, their services touch every aspect of the point of sale devices and this stands them apart from their competition. After the E-commerce portal went live, their reach skyrocketed. The website allows them to maintain a good working relationship with their clients to meet the challenges of an evolving and dynamic market. We are also working with this client on two other subsidiary projects.
