The client had over two decades of expertise in the real estate industry when they came to us wanting to set up an online property listing portal for buying and selling of properties within Cyprus. They wanted to leverage their strong foothold in the industry and their well-connected network of licensed real estate agents and reputed builders across Cyprus. The portal was founded with the intention of strengthening the real estate industry and to promote and facilitate better property deals within Cyprus.
PROJECT
Online properties is a web portal exclusively dedicated to buying and selling of properties and other real estate developmental activities within Cyprus. The portal creates extensive search options in order to provide the most accurate and reliable details on the latest properties available across Cyprus. The user-friendly web design allows anyone to conveniently use the portal to find or list properties. It is an ideal platform to advertise and to search for properties for real estate developers, property owners, property buyers and potential tenants. It is equipped with several advanced features for searching, sorting and filtering results based on price, region, the number of bedrooms, etc. The extensive search option also recommends related properties to users based on search history. The database is frequently backed-up and updated in order to provide the best experiences for the users and the client. There are currently 6000+ properties listed in the portal. The portal allows users to view property locations in integrated google maps. The listings also contain all the details about the property like furnishing, area, images, etc. It also allows users to schedule visits, take virtual tours and opt for SMS & email alerts. For users listing their properties, a backend platform to manage the listing is also made available.

Online properties, being the # 1 searched property website in Cyprus, attracting more than a thousand visitors daily, is an essential destination for buyers, sellers, owners and agents. The launch of the online properties web portal in the year 2007, has allowed the client to take their networked platform online. The website quickly grew to become the largest and the most reliable online real estate portal in all of Cyprus. Since then, it has also skyrocketed the development and growth of the client in the real estate industry. It successfully allowed them to translate the strength of their long-standing relationship with their numerous clients, property dealers/developers and licensed real estate agents into a dynamic and lucrative business model.
